ICICI ACCOUNT HOLDER APPLICATION PROCESS

Option 1: Prepaid Card management through the Pockets app.
Steps for using the features:

Download and sign up on the Pockets app with the mobile number registered for the Prepaid Card
Select the Prepaid Card option as shown in
Select the card number. The Prepaid Card along with the features below can be seen as shown in

Press the third toggle button to "Set Limits"
Press YES / NO on the toggle button to enable / disable the POS/ECOM transactions

Option 2: Multiwallet Card management through IVR
This includes Enabled/Disabled ECOM transactions
Steps for using the features:

Call the new Customer Care number at 02250405238
Select language
Press 1 for a Prepaid Card
Enter the card number followed by the PIN. There will be a prompt regarding the balance available on the card
Listen to IVR and press 3 for managing the Prepaid Card limit.

Option 3: Self Care Portal

Option available in the Self Care Portal for enabling Ecom transactions.
